WHY FOUR TWENTY
Quattro Venti was an ancient area of Palermo near the sea, a few steps from where our restaurant is located today. Today Molo Quattroventi is the port area that collects the historical legacy of that area; for us it is an inspiration and the starting point for a new adventure.
WHY COMFORT FOOD
Because it is that food that can console us. It's that dish that takes us back to childhood, or to a beautiful moment in our lives. «Comfort» means to console, to comfort, but also to pamper and gratify. That's what we would like to do with our dishes.
